“This review is long overdue so bare with me as it might be a novel lol. Monica was recommended to us by family a little over 7 years ago. When we first entered the real estate market in 2013 as first time homebuyers we were newlyweds and pregnant with our first baby. We had offers turned down numerous times but Monica never gave up on us. She made it her goal to get us into our first house before the baby was born. Sure enough we closed and moved into our starter home a few weeks before I gave birth. When we bought our house we told monica "5 years and we will upgrade" and she didn't forget. She checked in at that 5 year mark and at the 6 year mark (lol) but something always came up to put a pause on our plans. Fast forward to 2020 and 3 kids later, we were finally ready. Because of covid, distance learning and working from home, going on the market to allow strangers into our home at any given time wasn't an option and we wanted to make sure that we had a replacement home to easily transition into before we sold. I was traumatized from all of the rejections as a first-time homebuyer that my biggest fear was that we would sell our house with no where to go.
